Here is some background information on the principle members of the ACH Investment Group:


JANET FOX

Janet FoxJanet Fox is President of ACH Investment Group, Inc. Ms. Fox incorporated ACH in October, 1991. She is responsible for all Financial Consulting, Securities and Investment departments of the company. Prior to her work at ACH, Ms. Fox held positions as a financial consultant with both national and regional financial services companies. She is currently working towards her certification in Financial Planning, and is studying to obtain her Principals License.

In 1977, Ms. Fox received Bachelors degrees from Russell Sage College in Economics and Political Science. In 1979, she received MBA's in marketing and management from Fordham University. She began her career working as a customer service manager for a Fortune 500 company. She has also held Product Manager and Marketing Manager positions.

Since moving to North Carolina in June 1987, Ms. Fox has become active in community service through the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, the North Carolina Symphony, Friends of the College, and the Raleigh Women's Center. She has also conducted several seminar programs, and is currently working with the North Carolina Extension Service conducting Financial Seminars for Women.


CHARLES L. PARKS

Charles ParksCharles Parks is a 34 year investment professional. Eighteen of those years were spent in New York, working with such notable firms as; the Equitable Life Assurance Society (Vice President and Head Equity Trader), Morgan Stanley (Institutional Block Trader), Dean Witter Reynolds (Vice President, Institutional Capital Commitment) and New York and Foreign Securities (Head Trader).

Now with ACH Investment Group, Mr. Parks' focus is working with numerous individual, corporate and pension clients to develop effective balanced investment and savings programs. Approximately 20 million dollars, from over 150 clients, are entrusted, either directly or indirectly, to his care. By carefully matching client goals and objectives with the myriad of investment products available, Mr. Parks mitigates risk while attempting to obtain consistent, overall, returns.

Techniques employed by Mr. Parks include; elements of tactical and strategic allocation, derivative income enhancement and, if desired, risk management programs that may, because of extreme market risk, have client funds invested totally in money market or other short term cash equivalent accounts.

With Mr. Parks extensive contacts throughout the Wall Street community, information and other technical support is enhanced, thus benefiting the client base.


STUART RODWELL

Stuart RodwellStuart Rodwell has been a financial consultant since 1992. A North Carolina native, he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978. He has worked in the triangle area since that time, starting as an Account Representative for a national firm helping businesses of all sizes with their business forms and information systems needs.

Mr. Rodwell's focus is with individuals still building their financial future and especially with self-employed and small business owners. Typical client concerns include; financial strategies for education and retirement needs; tax effective investing; and properly balanced investment portfolios addressing risk, return and liquidity.

Mr. Rodwell has over 25 million dollars from over 100 clients entrusted to his oversight. In March 2001, in recognition of outstanding commitment and service to his clients, Franklin Templeton Investments awarded Mr. Rodwell membership in their Kite and Key Club. In appreciation for his work with Wake Interfaith Hospitality Network, a community program of local churches responding to the need of homeless families, the Wake County Commissioners named Mr. Rodwell as a Wake County Volunteer of the year for 2000. In February, 2005, Mr. Rodwell received an award for 10 years of volunteering from Wake Interfaith Hospitality Network and Benson Memorial Methodist Church.


Service is of the utmost importance to all clients of ACH Investment Group. In this regard, we attempt to provide consistent and timely information to all our clients. At least once a year clients are encouraged to have a complete review of all their accounts with the firm. Quarterly summaries may also be arranged for those who desire closer monitoring of their investments.
